The Wenguan is located in Lanzhou, north of Liukeng Village, which has a quiet and elegant environment and an open area. Wenguan, also known as Jiangdu Academy, was built in the late Ming Dynasty. It is a building with a courtyard in the front and a library in the west, and the main body is a three-entry brick-wood structure. It integrates the functions of reading, lecturing, worshipping ancestors, respecting sages, and collecting books. The courtyard of the Wenguan is in the middle door of the front wall, and there are four large characters in running script of "School Linfazao". From the lower hall to the upper hall, the ground gradually rises. When entering it, one has to twist and turn around. This flat setting is said to imply that the students gradually progress in their studies and climb higher and higher. Walk along the back patio to the west end, and pass through the door to the library. Upstairs is the "Wenchang Pavilion", on which hangs the plaque of "Rijin Gaoming". "Wenchang Pavilion" is a place for literati to read and meet elegantly. On the east side, there is a door and a ladder connected to the Imperial Book Building (the library). The lower floor of the library is a small hall with a small garden in front of it. There are leaky windows on both sides of the front wall of the garden. There are four cursive characters "Zhanzhi is in front", and flowers and osmanthus are planted in the garden. "meaning), the fragrance is overflowing, and the environment is elegant, clean and fresh. It is a good place for literati to rest and talk.

Liukeng covers an area of 3.61 square kilometers, surrounded by green mountains and surrounded by rivers on three sides. It was built during the Southern Tang Dynasty of the Five Dynasties (937-943 AD).
